Tracy Walters is known on the Islands as "Mr. Lister." Tracy specializes in all phases of Island real estate, including homes, condominiums, lots, commercial properties, and business sales. Being a former owner of a variety of businesses, Tracy has sold a tremendous amount of businesses. He does the majority of commercial real estate on Sanibel and Captiva. Because Tracy knows the Islands so well, there is a high comfort level in what he does. He knows the city, the ordinances, how it works, how we want to keep the Islands and what it stands for.
